Brewer, Maine (April 11, 2016) – VNA Home Health Hospice is pleased to announce that Vanessa C. Little, DO, has been selected as hospice medical director for Hancock County Homecare and Hospice.
Dr. Little is a board certified family physician and is also board certified in hospice and palliative medicine. She has been dedicated to hospice and palliative care for the past eight years beginning as a hospice and palliative medicine fellow at the University of Connecticut. From there, she moved to California as a hospice physician at Pathways Home Health and Hospice and then to El Camino Hospital as co-medical director of Palliative Care. Her most recent experience was as chief medical director at Hospice of Santa Cruz County.
